Rewards4Clubs Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open to those aged 18 and over.

• Promotion period: This promotion is open between 14.30 BST on the 21st of May 2024 and 23.59 BST on the 30th of Sept 2024 inclusive.

• Club Voucher codes can be used by new and existing customers and offers 20% off on orders of 4 bottles or more (Exclusions apply).

• Champagne, Fine wine, Beer and gift are excluded from the promotion and will not contribute to the calculation of Club Runs.

• Club vouchers codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

• Club vouchers codes cannot be retrospectively applied to orders.

• Club voucher codes must be applied at point of purchase for the bottles to be counted.

• Laithwaites (the promoter) will have final say over the run calculation based on our internal reporting.

• A club’s total bottle and run allocation will be calculated at the end of the promotional period (23.59 BST on the 30th of Sept 2024). Orders placed after this point will not be counted.

• Clubs will be informed of their Run Count at 2 set intervals throughout the promotional period. If a club requires any support relating to Run count between these intervals, they may submit a request to rewards4clubs@laithwaites.co.uk.

• Runs have no cash alternatives and no refunds shall be provided for Runs not converted to gift vouchers or gift vouchers not spent.

• Gift Vouchers will be issued to Clubs after the Season ends on the 30th of Sept 2024.

• Clubs will be able contacted and be able to select either

• A gift voucher to spend at Laithwaites.co.uk

• A gift voucher to spend at Gray-Nicolls - https://www.gray-nicolls.co.uk/

• One digital gift voucher will be sent to your Club Captain at the end of the season. The Gift voucher will not be personalised to the individual or the club.

• Clubs will not be compensated for any runs earned outside of the fixed promotional reward levels as stated within the activation pack.

Every time you or your members place a qualifying order of 4 or more bottles at Laithwaites.co.uk/cricket using your unique voucher code, you’ll receive a 20% discount. And we’ll record all bottle purchases linked to your club’s code.

Don’t forget, the voucher code is unlimited and can be used throughout the season by you and your club’s members and supporters.

We’ll then tally these bottles up and convert them into Rewards4Club’s Runs. 1 Bottle is equal to 1 Club Run. And as your Club Runs total increases, so does the value of the reward. Here’s what you’ll earn ...

• 1000 runs = £1000 voucher
• 800 - 999 = £400 voucher
• 400 - 799 Runs = £200 voucher
• 200 - 399 Runs = £100 voucher
• 100-199 Runs = £75 voucher
• 50-99 Runs = £50 gift voucher
